Joy and Hope

If you have faith you will have joy and hope. I am a Bellboy at a busy hotel that has buisness travelers during the week and families during the weekend. I really enjoy interacting with our guests, especially families with kids, since I'm a family man too. It is so rewarding to know that I can have a positive affect in other people over and over again at work. My act of kindness was to give a wonderful young lady a ride on my bell cart.
