My Kindness Story:
I am a cub scout, earning my bear badge. I have done a couple of projects that I earned this braclet for. One of the projects was planting trees in a burnt down forest. I have also planted flowers for our local food shelter, the Jesus Center. I work very hard to always be a loyal scout and clean up trash where ever I go. I always leave a place cleaner than I found it. Joining cub scouts is a great way to Pass the Kindness!!! |
Every second Friday of each month, my science teacher takes a group of kids who volenteer to serve food at the Jesus Center. The Jesus Center is a place where people who are less fortunate than we are can get a nice warm meal free of charge. We go there from 3:00 to 4:30. The people who come through are very thankful, and it makes the kids who go feel great!! |
